Research & Development
On Sep 29th 2015, the newly introduced Bonding Research Lab became one of Chinas finest certified material research centres. The €3 Million post-doctoral facility is the latest of eight such facilities at Zhijiang.
Each lab are separately researching silicone for construction and industry, polysulfide, butyl, polyurethane and modified polyurethane, epoxy, NVH and other functional functional coatings.
Product Selection
Two-component, neutral curing, medium to high modulus silicone sealant formulated specifically for use in the fabrication and shop glazing of unitized curtain wall modules.
It offers a quick and thorough deep section cure with high bonding strength to most commonly used building materials (primerless).

Butyl Primary Sealant for Insulating Glass
One part polyisobutylene (PIB) based material, totally solvent free especially formulated for use as the primary seal in insulating glass unit. It allows for minimum water vapor, gas permeation and has excellent adhesion built up on glass and metal spacer. It is comparable with conventional FINOTECH secondary sealants.

Polysulphide Secondary Sealant for IGU’s
Multi-component polysulphide sealant especially formulated for insulating glass. It is produced in different pack in order to suit the individual requirements of the operator and of the equipment in use. It is totally solvent free and can be used either for the production of dual seal Insulated glass units.

Two components, high modulus; neutral curing silicone sealant specifically developed for assembly of high performance insulated glass units as secondary sealing material.
It is a two-component silicone that offers variable work life with high bonding strength to maintain the integrity of insulating glass unit, suits both commercial and residential IGU.
